Makes the following three buttons open in a new tab. This add-on is for use with the Resource Manager add-on.

Installation:
  1. Download resourcesfixbuttons_v1.0.zip and unzip it.
  2. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
  3. Upload the addon-ResourcesFixButtons_v1.0.xml file
  4. Click the Install Add-on button.
