xF1 Add-on [TH] Open Graph 1.0.2a

This add-on includes template modifications to improve integration with the Open Graph platform for improved social media presence on Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and more.

Currently included is:

• Resource Manager icons now appear when linking to a resource instead of default Open Graph icon;
• Option to create a border on images that are outside of the 1.91:1 ratio required for Open Graph images on Facebook, to avoid cropping.
