It is a simple installation, just import the product XML, vbm_facebook_popup.xml and upload the contents of the upload folder to your forum root.
You can edit the options under the settings, [vBMods] Show Facebook Page

Option to disable the mod completely.
Option to enter Facebook ID.
Option to set delay time.
Option to set how often the popup shows.
Option to choose which usergroups see the popup.
