During routine internal testing, we discovered a security issue within XenForo 1.3 and newer. The issue allows a cross site scripting (XSS) attack to potentially be triggered via a specially crafted profile post. XSS issues may allow an attacker to steal data (including cookies) or force a user to take actions without their consent or knowledge (possibly including administrative actions).

If it happens to say files are missing or anything like that to any other people like it did for me, just run the install. It ended up being fine for me.

What do you mean by "just run the install"? Aren't we already just run the forumURL/install to start upgrade?

When you go to forumurl/install it MIGHT say the error before hand. If it doesn't, then you're fine. But for me, I got a screen saying files where missing, and had the choice to start the upgrade anyways. And it worked out fine.
