Description:

Removes user blurb from user tooltip.

Installation:
  1. Download Andy-RemoveUserBlurb-1.1.zip and unzip it.
  2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/RemoveUserBlurb directory to your server.
  3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
User group permissions:

Typically you will set the following user group permissions to No. This will hide members profiles to guests as well as hide private information in the user tooltip.

Unregistered / Unconfirmed -> General -> View member profiles
