There is a MyBB 1.6/1.8 importer built in. You just install XenForo to your web server and run the import tool, it's really simple

The importer is on the Xenforo admin panel right ?
and do I have to install Xenforo on a seperate folder ?? then I run the importer ?

You'll need to first clean install Xenforo, then export the data from MyBB to your computer.
At last you need to import that data to Xenforo from the above stated picture you'll get where it is.

I never used MyBB myself so I don't know about it.
You should rather search it yourself, it must be somewhere in the admin panel of MyBB or maybe search google. You'll get a lot of answers from google of course.
