Need Auto Reply Addon

Hi can anyone help me?

Need an Addon when a User start a Thread, that an Automatic Answer from the admin will show up.
For example User writes in the Welcome forum after his post there is a post from the Admin with "Hi user, welcome to our forum...."


Can you help me to find the perfect addon for that?
