Added Options page which allows hiding post numbers.
Now hides shadow banned posts in "Latest activity" in the profile page.
Added code to deal with Profile posts and Profile posts comments.
Shadow ban posts v1.3 changes:
Eliminated the Options page. Now using User Permissions and the 'Submit content without approval' permission.
